Dear ladies and gentlemen, please allow me thirty-three seconds of your time.
It is only after unbearable pain, mental suffering and anguish do we realize that our faith/mind is unlocked.
When we have past experience with pain and heartache,
We are more in control of ourselves, our words and our outcomes.
Only through pain can we achieve our full glory, only through hell on earth can we truly know what we are made of.
“We are like tea-bags, we only know our strength until we’re put in hot water”
Live in the moment, live like your life depends on it, and dare to unlock your mind.
Which has its own levels and steps to unlocking something bigger.
Thank you for reading,
Yura

Hello Yura,
Thank you for the explanation about unlocking the mind. Of course, life has its good and bad, and up and down. We shouldn't take things for granted. Some also say that greater lessons are learned through greater fear.
Nice phrase about tea-bags, I didn't hear that before.
We should unlock our minds, so that we do not repeat history's mistakes.
Definition of "take for granted":
1.
fail to properly appreciate (someone or something), especially as a result of overfamiliarity.
"the comforts that people take for granted"
2.
assume that something is true without questioning it.
"those companies challenged beliefs that everyone else took for granted"

Interesting study is here:
https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/jr/ ... aug01.html
"Recidivism" is the tendency of a convicted criminal to reoffend.
Canada: Ontario: recidivism is declining for offenders who served a jail sentence of 6 months or more
In 2019, the Ministry of the Solicitor General of the Government of Ontario published a study on recidivism among offenders sentenced to provincial custody. From 2001/2002 to 2015/2016, the proportion of offenders who served a jail sentence of six months or more that re-offended decreased from 55% to 37%. The proportion of offenders under community supervision that re-offended was stable between 21% and 23%.
The study also found that the proportion of offenders who re-offend has been consistently lower for individuals in community supervision than those who served a jail sentence of six months or more.

Unlock Your Intuition With Numerology
In honor of the fall equinox, learn the meaning behind specific digits.
https://www.shondaland.com/live/a412938 ... umerology/
While it may not always be visibly obvious, numbers provide some of the most important foundations of our modern society. It’s no secret that mathematics plays a pivotal role in humankind’s ability to erect buildings, develop lifesaving medicine, and generate the economy. However, this realm of ones, twos, and threes isn’t always given the credit it’s due when it comes to intuitive insight. That’s right. The numbers you encounter each day may have more meaning than you realize, as the other side places digits in our path that are coded with secret messages.

Another interesting news article is here:
Guys who don't feel pain seem more muscular
https://www.futurity.org/insensitive-to ... 2854122-2/
People perceive men described as insensitive to pain as larger and stronger than those who were sensitive to pain, research finds.
Before any physical conflict, people assess their opponent’s features to determine if the ideal tactical response is to fight, flee, or attempt to negotiate.
Throughout evolution, bigger, stronger animals have won fights with smaller, weaker animals. Because of this, when people think about the features that determine who will win a fight, they summarize those features by adjusting a mental picture of their opponent’s size and strength.
According to a new study co-led by Wilson Merrell, a doctoral candidate in psychology at the University of Michigan, and Daniel Fessler, professor of anthropology at UCLA, how we picture an opponent is affected by a psychological feature of the opponent—namely how sensitive they are to pain.
Because it allows people to persist longer in violent conflict, insensitivity to pain can be a valuable characteristic when it comes to winning fights, and this is reflected in how we picture an opponent, the researchers say.

Good luck to everyone with trying to unlock their minds.
There is an interesting article about this. You can find it here and read more:

How can we unlock the 90% of our brain that we never use?
Healthy humans use all of their brain. There is no part of the brain that goes unused. Certain tasks work certain parts of the brain more, but they all play important roles, as explained by neurobiologist Dr. Eric Chudler. Brain maps, as found in modern anatomy books, indicate that each part of the brain has a specific function essential to a healthy human. If there were a part of your brain that really went unused, then you could safely damage that part in an accident with no ill effects. But decades of medical records show that damage to any part of the brain has severe effects. If 90% of the brain were not used, then 90% of the brain tumors would cause no problem. Imagine brain doctors telling 90% of their cancer patients, "I have good news and bad news. Bad news: you have a brain tumor. Good news: it's in the part of the brain that you will never use." The thought is absurd.
If the 10% myth is instead supposed to mean that humans only use 10% of their brain in a given moment, it is still false. The brain is not a collection of independent machines that are turned on or off depending on whether you are reading or singing. Rather, brain functions emerge as a complex interplay of many parts of the brain. Physiologically, nerves are like muscles in that they degenerate when unused. If 90% of the brain went completely unused, then that portion would degenerate significantly. But brain scans of a healthy person reveals all parts to be intact. This myth was propagated by authors trying to sell books on mystical ways to unlock your hidden potential, claiming that unused brain power could be tapped using the methods in their books. The greatest danger to your brain is not the possibility that a large portion is going on unused. Rather, the greatest dangers are stroke, Alzheimer's disease, and tumors. The best ways to protect yourself from such risks include eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough rest. Do you really want to use your brain to its full potential? Then put down your unlocking-hidden-brain-potential book and go on a run.
